FREEDOM FORGE ARMORY POLICIES

FREEDOM FORGE ARMORY LLC SHOP POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

Appointments and Communication

Freedom Forge Armory operates primarily by appointment. Customers are encouraged to contact us before shipping firearms, scheduling transfers, requesting services, or scheduling training.

Please do not schedule pickup appointments until notified that your firearm, transfer, completed work, or order is ready.

Customers are responsible for maintaining current phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses.

Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods vary by service provided.

Transfers: Cash only.

Products, services, gunsmithing work, and training may accept additional payment methods when approved.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Accounts associated with returned payments may be restricted to certified funds or cash-only transactions.

Freedom Forge Armory reserves the right to delay release of firearms, suppressors, customer property, completed work, or merchandise until payment has fully cleared.

Pricing, estimates, and service rates are subject to change without notice.

Custom Work and Gunsmithing

Custom work and gunsmithing projects may require a minimum deposit of 50% of the estimated project cost.

Deposits become non-refundable once parts are ordered, materials are acquired, or work has begun.

Project estimates are provided in good faith. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen conditions, additional labor requirements, customer-requested changes, damaged components, or parts availability.

Additional charges may be assessed when undisclosed conditions significantly increase labor requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Corrosion
  • Excessive fouling
  • Fire damage
  • Smoke damage
  • Water damage
  • Contamination
  • Previously undisclosed modifications

Completion dates are estimates only and may change due to workload, vendor delays, parts availability, technical complications, or regulatory changes.

Projects awaiting customer approval, payment, decisions, or required information for more than 30 days may be placed into inactive status until customer action is completed.

Freedom Forge Armory is not responsible for failures, compatibility issues, safety concerns, or performance problems resulting from customer-supplied parts, components, or materials.

Transfers, Sales, and Customer Property

Customers are responsible for coordinating firearm shipments before shipping items to Freedom Forge Armory.

Transfer fees, shipping costs, storage fees, return shipping, and related expenses remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customers remain responsible for transfer fees, storage fees, shipping charges, and associated costs related to delayed transfers, denied transfers, inability to pass background checks, or inability to legally receive transferred property.

Firearms transferred through another dealer should be inspected before transfer completion whenever possible.

Once a transfer is completed, returns may be limited or unavailable depending on manufacturer, distributor, or warranty policies.

Freedom Forge Armory reserves the right to refuse transfers, sales, repairs, services, or training participation when required by law, safety concerns, operational limitations, business policy, or other lawful reasons.

Storage, Unclaimed Property, and Long-Term Holding

Freedom Forge Armory operates with limited storage capacity.

Customers have 30 days from notification to arrange pickup of firearms, completed work, transfers, suppressors, NFA items, training materials, or other customer property.

Additional contact attempts may be made using customer-provided phone numbers, email addresses, text messaging, or mailed notice.

Storage fees may begin after 60 days from notification.

Storage fees are assessed at $20 per month or portion thereof unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Property remaining unclaimed for extended periods may be subject to additional notice requirements, return shipment, legal disposition procedures, storage charges, attorney involvement, or other lawful remedies at the customer's expense.

Customers with repeated abandonment issues, unresolved balances, or excessive storage violations may be denied future services.

Shipping Policy

Firearms and regulated items will only be shipped in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring items ordered or transferred are lawful in their jurisdiction.

Freedom Forge Armory reserves the right to refuse shipments to jurisdictions or destinations where compliance cannot reasonably be verified.

COD shipments will not be accepted.

Shipping carriers, delivery times, and shipping methods may change without notice.

Returns and Refunds

Returns require prior authorization.

Special orders, custom work, NFA items, ammunition, electronic optics, used items, installed items, and products sold as-is are generally non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.

Returned merchandise may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, and processing fees.

Customers are responsible for inspecting firearms before accepting transfer whenever possible.

Defective firearms after transfer acceptance should generally be addressed through manufacturer warranty processes.

Firearms returned after transfer acceptance may incur transfer fees, shipping costs, and restocking charges.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Scheduling

Missed appointments, repeated cancellations, or repeated late arrivals negatively affect scheduling capacity.

Customers arriving more than 20 minutes late may require rescheduling.

Freedom Forge Armory reserves the right to assess cancellation fees, require deposits, restrict scheduling privileges, or deny future appointments for repeated scheduling problems.

Training Policies

Training registrations are subject to course-specific requirements.

Full payment may be required at registration.

Training registrations may not be transferable without prior approval.

Students may be removed from courses, training events, or live-fire activities for:

  • Unsafe conduct
  • Impairment
  • Refusal to follow instructions
  • Reckless behavior
  • Violation of safety rules

Removal from training for safety violations may occur without refund.

Freedom Forge Armory reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training due to:

  • Weather
  • Range restrictions

  • Enrollment minimums
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational requirements
  • Equipment failures
  • Government restrictions
