We set up, run our operations, and tear everything down within a strict, temporary window. You won’t see permanent structures, and we carefully plan our activities to protect your soil, local wildlife, natural habitats, and the public. The Ordnance Development Division handles 100% of the logistics, compliance, and coordination autonomously.


Is Your Property a Good Fit?
We are looking for specific types of land to ensure optimal safety and operational flexibility. Your site might be ideal if it is an inactive sand/gravel mine, open farming acreage, or a large, low-density rural area.
Ideally, the land should offer:

  • Clear land-use authority so we can ensure the public remains safe during scheduled times.
