As such, I3-FIRES is restricted for export or transfer to foreign persons, whether directly or indirectly, without prior approval from the U.S. Department of State. Access to I3-FIRES is limited to U.S. persons or entities in accordance with ITAR regulations, and any unauthorized export or transfer of this technology, including software and documentation, is strictly prohibited.
By using or accessing I3-FIRES, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable ITAR requirements. Any misuse or violation of ITAR regulations may result in legal action, including penalties and export restrictions.
