If you operate a small to medium size 07 FFL we can help you get your name out there. Every manufacturer want's their name on the side of a rifle, but it's hard. Big manufacturers want minimum orders of 300 to 500 and the cost just isn't doable for smaller shops. Manufacturing machinery is expensive, takes up a lot of space, and can be difficult to operate. With an BAFTE marking variance Freedom Forge Armory LLC can custom engrave your company name and logo on quality forged lower receivers. We manufacture forged AR-15 and M-16 lower receivers for many small to medium FFL's all over the US and we are well versed in dealing with the ATF variance process. HOW MARKING VARIANCES WORK
Once we have received the requested information we will review the Marking Variance Request and submit the application for ATF approval. Once the Marking Variance package has been submitted to the ATF we anticipate roughly 3 to 5 months for approval. Once approved the ATF will email both your company and Freedom Forge Armory LLC with the variance approval, at which time we can start manufacturing your receivers.

HOW DO WE MANUFACTURE OUR RECEIVERS
- All of our forged blanks come from a forge located right here in Virginia. They are really well-made and save lots of cleanup.
- We use CNC coupled with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) to efficiently machine our parts.
- We finish-machine the lowers and use the approved variance information to engrave the work-pieces.
- We offer in house finishing services with KG Gunkote.
- We can also engrave non-regulated lettering and symbols on firearm parts.
- We offer two different styles of forged lower receivers, a standard AR-15 style, and for our friends that have an O2 SOT, an M-16 style.
